Baku 2017 is the fourth iteration of the Islamic Solidarity Games, aimed at strengthening ties between the 57 members of the Organisation of the Islamic Cooperation, “the collective voice of the Muslim world.” The Games feature over 5,000 athletes from 50 participating countries competing in 20 sports.
